mood: feeling abit..er...weird

okay. i didn't believe joaquim when she mentioned the likes of this violinist, but man. see him in person and my my... going to the
mpo becomes a favourite passtime (if not, obsession... ;) ). that aside, i had a blast at the mpo yesterday, i mean it, really. my favourite bit is actually pre-concert, when all the members of the orchestra are collectively tuning their instruments. the anticipation of the amazing amalgamation of riffs, chords, melodies, accompaniements - even that one single tinkle of the triangle - it makes my hair stand...and then...
and then, the swathe of music that follows... well, let's just say that aside from it being just genuinely good music, it was a moving experience because it reminded me of how much more often i had enjoyed this beauty when i was bristol.
...
anyway, just to colour up this space a little bit more (it has been getting a bit dull hasn't it?) and just to let you in on snippets on what i've been up to...
