surrounding circumstances have been pretty dire lately. there is a lingering taste of death in the air. i think i can safely(?) say that i've not gone more than a week without hearing some news of the passing on of somebody's somebody or other, for more than a month now.

it saddens me to say this, but strangely or not strangely enough, i've become pretty desensitised - almost to the point of "i-don't- give-a-rat's-ass" as some people might say. ew.

feeding emotional support to others has become a chore.

sigh.

enough of this mumbo-jumbo.

on another note, attending friend's wedding tomorrow in good ol' klang town. now that should end on a happier note.
