Diana's Raspberry Lemon Tart

while i'm no where close to being a pastry chef of any sort, i must say that there is something highly therapeutic about baking.

what some people refer to as obsessive compulsive, i'd like to call... perfectionist. :P and it is in this state of complete focus that my mind takes temporary leave of life's little road bumps along the way. and i suppose the same can be said for shopping as well ;)

and then, there is also that very nice sense of satisfaction in knowing that you've managed to put something together from scratch. but what really tops it off is that warm fuzzy feeling when you know that your friends and family have enjoyed this little labour of love...

(little do they know of my grand plan to fatten everyone up...mwahahaaa....!...although, i have a nagging feeling that this grand plan is back-firing on me, judging by my ever tightening pair of jeans.....hrm...)

anyway, purely for narcissistic purposes (and also for fear that, one day, my dad's going to inadvertently reformat the computer and wipe out all my photos), here's a collage of what i've been baking up =)

Hi there! I noticed from your blog that you used to be a fan of Sebastian See-Schierenberg, violinist of the MPO.

Sebastian and I are now based in Spain and organise recitals around the world, including Malaysia (we are actually in KL now!).

You can check our website www.galvanseeschierenberg.com and also, you can become our fan on Facebook! Go to:

Thanks and tell your friends!

Susana
